"Excellent. This is a great coffee shop with the added convenience of the drive-thru. Great customer service with a smile. The coffee was also amazing. We ordered 2 iced-lattes and it was a very small wait even with it being super busy. This is definitely now my go-to coffee shop. Definitely do yourself a favour and try a coffee from Zarraffa’s."

"After reading previous reviews I was a bit skeptical, we came in on a 33C day mid arvo and got 2 drinks and 2 food items. The white chocolate fusion was a little bit mid on flavour but tbh I feel like that’s expected with white chocolate it was still awesome. Can’t complain at all, great work guys! Good job on upsell of card!"

"The staff that work here have incredible energy and up beat vibes! They are patient when taking orders, fantastic at communicating and very interested in creating a “feel good” atmosphere! I am a self proclaimed coffee connoisseur, who enjoys the bold new flavours of coffee. On my usual coffee run, I am so delighted by the excellence of the coffee, which deserves 5 stars on its own. Truly the perfect way to enjoy a morning with a beautiful coffee from this cafe! Thank you everyone!"

"A very nice takeaway coffee spot up in Munno Para the ice tea drinks a very refreshing there fusions can sometimes be 50/50 but are mostly alright the coffee itself is very nice. The food on the menu is very delicious I typically go for the gourmet beef roll and hummus ciabattas the other food on the menu have left to much to desire but it a very nice spot to get a refreshing drink."

"Went there today to get a coffee to go with lunch and decided to take the puppies for a drive. The lady who served us was so polite and when we can around to the window she complimented the puppies. When picking up our coffee form the next window we got given some treats for the puppies was so kind of them but they went a step further and gave us a puppachino for both the puppies. Honestly such amazing service and food. I think the puppies give it 5 stars to."

"I LOVE this place. So dangerous that it's around the corner from my house The food and the coffee is delicious. I always get a Vanilla iced latte and a Vege Zed Bread. Sooooo yummy! The staff are absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and there is always a like up but geez they are quick and efficient. Loyal customer forever!"

"We went through the Zafarras drive thru for a coffee today, not quite sure what to expect after seeing a few mixed reviews on social media. However, the constant line up always tells a different story, so we decided to give it a go anyway. To our surprise, the coffee was really good and definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff were really friendly too and although there was a long line up, they moved through it fairly quickly. We will definitely be back!"
